The project consists of the development of a 2.5-hectare property into a new school campus for tertiary education of Far Eastern University located in the Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The components of the new FEU Alabang Campus are as follows:

  • 8-Storey Administration Building (9,180 sq.m.)
  • 16-Storey Tertiary Academic Building (24,150 sq.m.)
  • Chapel (554 sq.m.)
  • Interim Building (1,248 sq.m.)
  • Central Utility Building (285 sq.m.)
  • Connecting Bridge (85 sq.m.)

The focal point of the entire campus will be an iconic chapel at the center to complement the overall “piazza-like” feel.

The campus design was very much in keeping with the larger community’s goal to be a garden city while remaining a dynamic live-work-play environment.

ACO in association with Casas+Architects performed the detailed site and building engineering design for the project.

The project is a 6-storey with roof deck school building with a total floor area of about 10,204.81 m2. The project is owned by Xavier School and is located inside the Xavier School Campus, Xavier St., Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

ACO performed the detailed engineering design services for the project.

The project is the expansion of the University of the East (UE) Caloocan School Campus located along Samson Road, Caloocan City. This includes the following:

  • Elementary and High School Building – a new 8-storey school building with multi-purpose hall having a total floor area of about 11,000 sq.m.
  • Engineering Building – Structural assessment of an existing 4-storey school building with a total floor area of about 13,500 sq.m. that was constructed in 1978.
  • Records Building – a 2-storey building with a total floor area of 1,224 sq.m.

  • New support facilities such as power house/genset room, elevated water tank, and underground cistern tank, firewater tank and septic tank.
  • Site development consisting of new roads, site grading, storm drainage system and perimeter fence.

ACO performed Detailed Engineering Design services for the project.

The project consists of the new Main Hospital Building, a 5-storey building with a total floor area of 10,000 sq.m., and a new Dietary and Dialysis Center Building. The site and space planning was governed by the standards, rules and regulations on the design of Level-3 hospitals as prescribed by the department of Health and other concerned agencies.

The project is a part of the hospital modernization project of the CARAGA Regional Hospital, which is being pursued to support one of the DOH’s strategic approaches to improve the delivery of basic, essential, as well as specialized health services through the rationalization and critical upgrading of health facilities.

ACO performed the detailed architectural and engineering design services for the project.

The structure is an existing 14-storey building with one basement. The building built in 1969, has a total floor area of about 26,380 sq.m.

The building (DBP Main Office Building) is owned by the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and is located along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City.

ACO performed the detailed structural assessment for the project.

ACO also performed the detailed structural engineering design for the new 2-storey commercial building located besides the main building.
