AMA TOWER RESIDENCES
The project is a 45-storey building situated on a 2,085 sq.m. property located along EDSA corner Fordham Street, Barangay Wack-wack, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City. The project is owned by AMA Land Inc.

The building consists of 7 levels of basement parking, 3 levels of commercial retail, 2 levels of amenities/facilities, 37 floors of typical residential condominium, and 3 floors of penthouse units. The GFA is about 68,000 sq.m.

The structure consists of a reinforced concrete dual framing system and is resting on a mat foundation.

ACO performed the detailed structural engineering design of the project.

AVIDA TOWERS ASPIRA
The project will consists of 2 residential towers with parking areas at the second to third levels, commercial area at the 1st level and residential units for the succeeding floors.

Tower 1 will be 26-storeys with a total floor area of 38,025.02 m2. Tower 2 will be 31-storeys with a total floor area of 44,677.80 sq.m. The podium will be 3-storeys with a total floor area of 28,000 sq.m.

The project is owned by Avida Land Inc. and is located in Cagayan De Oro.

The structure will consist of a reinforced concrete dual frame system and will resting on a deep foundation system.

AVIDA TOWERS ASTEN MAKATI
The project consists of 3 residential towers with a common podium area having a floor plate of about 10,000 sq.m. and a total floor area of 108,000 sq.m.

Tower 1 is 28-storeys with a total floor area of 26,000 m2. Tower 2 is 31-storeys with a total floor area of 30,000 sq.m. Tower 3 is 24-storeys with a total floor area of 24,000 sq.m. The podium is 3-storeys with a total floor area of 28,000 sq.m.

The project is owned by Avida Land Inc. and is located along Yakal and Malugay Sts., Makati City.

The structure will consist of a reinforced concrete dual frame system and will resting on a shallow foundation.

AVIDA TOWERS ONE UNION PLACE
Avida Towers One Union Place is a modern-contemporary designed three-tower residential condominium development in the southeast residential enclave of Arca South. It consists of 3 residential condominium towers with a common podium area.

The project is owned by Avida Land Inc. and is located in Taguig City.

AVIDA TOWERS SERIN TAGAYTAY
The project will consist of 4 18-storey residential towers with a common podium area having a total floor area of 78,639.27 sq.m.

Tower 1 will have a total floor area of 11,372.46 sq.m. Tower 2 will have a total floor area of 12,076.48 sq.m. Tower 3 will have a total floor area of 16,847.01 sq.m. Tower 4 will have a total floor area of 20,789.60 sq.m. The podium will have a total floor area of 17,553.72 sq.m.

The project is owned by Avida Land Inc. and is located in Tagaytay City.

The structure will consist of a reinforced concrete dual frame system and will be resting on a shallow foundation.

CITYLAND GRAND CENTRAL RESIDENCES
The project consists of 3 residential condominium towers of 39-storey + 4 basements. Each building will have a gross floor area of about 52,793 sq.m.

The project is owned by Cityland Development Corporation and is located beside the MRT Shaw Boulevard Station, EDSA cor. Sultan St., Mandaluyong City.

The structure consists of a reinforced concrete dual frame system and is resting on a mat foundation.

CITYLAND PINES PEAK TOWERS 1 & 2
The project consists of 2 residential condominium towers of 26-storeys. Each building has a gross floor area of about 37,600 sq.m.

The structure consists of a reinforced concrete special moment resisting frame system and is resting on a shallow foundation.

The project is owned by Cityland Development Corporation and is located at Union corner Pines St. Brgy. Barangka, Mandaluyong City.

ACO performed the detailed structural engineering design for the project.

CITYLAND BRENTWOOD MANSION
The project is a 12–storey residential condominium building with roof deck owned and developed by Cityland Inc. It is located within the hub of Pasig commercial and industrial area along Evangelista St., Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City.

The building has a total floor area of approximately 9,300 sq.m. The ground floor is allotted for commercial units and parking area while the 2nd to 12th floors are for residential units.

ACO performed construction management services for the project.

ZEN TRI-TOWER RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM
The project consists of three 26-storey towers sharing a common 5-storey podium located at Concepcion St., Manila City, just across the SM Manila shopping mall. The project is owned by the Solid Group of Companies.

The ground floor consists of commercial spaces, with the rest of the podium as parking areas. The podium deck will consist of sports and recreational. The remaining 3 towers will be purely residential consisting of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.

The structure consists of a reinforced concrete special moment resisting frame and is resting on a deep foundation system using bored piles.

ACO performed the detailed structural engineering design of the project.

MABOLO GARDEN FLATS
The project is a 25-storey residential condominium building with a total floor area of about 18,000 m2. The building has parking areas at the first 3 levels, amenities at the 4th level and residential units for the succeeding floors.

The project is located at No. 38 Tres Borces St., Mabolo, Cebu City and is owned by Primary Homes.

Mabolo Garden Flats echoes its two most distinguishable features: ecological and economical. Staying true to its name, this residential condominium is equipped with eco gardens that are truly unique in Cebu. It also houses the most number of health and wellness amenities that fit those who live an active lifestyle. This vertical community is a towering 28 floor structure that holds 428 modularly designed studio units. Its residents will be able to delight in the calming environment of Tres Borces tucked away from the bustling city noise yet still quite accessible to Cebu City’s major establishments.

VIVALDI RESIDENCES CUBAO
The project is a 65-storey office and residential building and a 17-storey parking building located in Dubai, UAE.

The main tower has a total floor area of about 110,000 sq.m. and the structure consists of a reinforced concrete dual framing system resting on a bored pile foundation system.

The parking building has a total floor area of about 36,000 sq.m. and the structure consists of a reinforced concrete moment resisting framing system resting on a bored pile foundation system.

ACO performed the detailed Architectural and Engineering design for the project.

MILAN RESIDENZE FAIRVIEW
The project is a three (3) tower, 37-storey with 3 basements mixed-use residential condominium and BPO building with a total GFA of about 108,309 m2. The project is owned by Euro Towers International Incorporated and located in Lagro, Fairview, Novaliches, Quezon City.

Milan Residenze is a European inspired project and has three (3) towers with a green facade that reflects safety and gives a sense of security. It also represents serenity and relaxation from the busy city life.

EAST BRIO ORTIGAS RESIDENCES
The project is a mixed-use of commercial, office and residential development located along Ortigas Avenue Extension, Cainta, Rizal, and owned by Veradex Development Inc.

Phase 1 of the project consists of the following:

  • Building A & B – a 3-storey commercial and office building with a total floor area of about 4,534 sq.m. with a future expansion of up to 11-storey.
  • Building E – a 12-storey residential condominium building with 3 parking levels with a total floor area of about 8,000 sq.m.

ACO performed the Detailed Engineering Design services for the project.

NORTH CAMBRIDGE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
The project consists of the development of a 12,000 sq.m. property into a residential and commercial community located in Bakakeng, Baguio City and owned by Goshen Land Capitol Inc.

The development consists of 6 medium rise, 8 to 10-storey residential and commercial buildings, with each building having a total floor area ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 sq.m.

It also include amenities such as an ecumenical chapel (with grotto), water feature, lagoon/fish pond with benches, and other supporting structures for the site development.

ACO performed the Architectural and Engineering Design as well as Construction Management Services for the project.

TWO SEVEN RESIDENCES
The project is a 10-storey, with penthouse and basement, residential condominium located in Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City and owned by PTR Properties Inc.

The building consists of parking areas at the basement and ground floor, commercial areas at the ground floor, residential units from the 2nd floor to penthouse, and amenities at the roof deck. The building has a total floor area of about 8,000 sq.m.

The sitting windows are framed with differently oriented sunshades creating a lively array of forms seemingly offset from each other. Connecting line surface elements join the vertical relationships between the windows, emphasizing a downward trickling fluidity from the top to lower units. This illusion gives the building its feature character, angled folds on the side sets the building face inward creating inversion surfaces thereby creating a secure enveloped feel.

CAPITOL ONE
The project is a 10-storey, with penthouse and basement, residential condominium located in Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

The building will consists of parking areas at the basement and ground floor, commercial area at the ground floor, residential units from the 2nd floor to penthouse, and amenities at the roof deck. The GFA is about 8,000 sq.m.

The structure consists of reinforced concrete special moment resisting frames and is resting on a mat foundation.

ACO performed the detailed structural engineering design of the project for PTR Properties Inc.

COURTYARD MANORS
The project consists of 4 9-storey residential condominium buildings, each having a GFA of about 8,000 m2, located in Leonila Hill, Baguio City. The project is owned by Goshen Land Capitol Inc.

The buildings consists mostly of 2-bedroom units with parking areas at the lower floors. It also includes the site development, beautification of the existing creek and construction of a swimming pool.

ACO performed Engineering Design and Construction Management Services for the project.

MY TOWN DORMITORIES
The project consists of 5 dormitory buildings located just outside the Bonifacio Global City. These include:
  • My Town Amsterdam – The project is a 6-storey residential building with basement with a total gross floor area of about 5,100 sq.m. located in Panay Samar St., Brgy. Pitogo, Makati City).
  • My Town Dubai – The project is a 6-storey residential building with 1 lower ground floor with a total gross floor area of about 775 sq.m. located at Lot 11 Block 184, C5 Service Road cor. Jasmine St., Brgy. Pembo, Makati City.
  • My Town Milan – The project is a 6-storey residential building with a total gross floor area of about 905 sq.m. located at Lot 18B Block 21, Visaya St., Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City.
  • My Town Singapore – The project is a 6-storey residential building with a total gross floor area of about 1,144.13 sq.m. located at Lot 14 Block 21, Capas St., Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City.
  • My Town Istanbul – The project is an 8-storey residential building with a total gross floor area of about 1,100 sq.m. located at Lot 3 Block 18, Kalayaan Ave., Brgy. Pitogo, Makati City.
